I am so excited to share our Formal Living Room with you today!

Coco Chanel said “An interior is the natural projection of the soul.” That struck a chord with me. Our homes should reflect who we are, what we like and “feel” like the people who live there. #themonarchrevival

This room feels like me.

Our formal living room a collection of some of my favorite pieces, colors and textures. Traditional yet modern, classic, bold and feminine. In a home of 6 boys, I wanted an elegant sitting room to cozy up next to my husband and read a… errr scroll Instagram. 😉

I used a some trim I had on hand to add a picture rail about 18″ down from the ceiling. I have some hooks and I plan to create an art gallery vibe in this space over time.
