Can you BELIEVE that’s my TV? Even I wouldn’t

Can you BELIEVE that’s my TV? Even I wouldn’t believe me if I wasn’t constantly watching FRIENDS on it.I am obsessed with the our Frame TV and even MORE obsessed now that I added a @decotvframes to it this morning! I have never heard of this company til I ordered this vintage gold frame online! I was so in love when I opened it today that I scoured the internet to find their website. I found their IG today too!I was so impressed and discovered that this small business that began in a garage, 15 years ago while the owner was on the brink of bankruptcy. A dreamer gave it everything he had and created an amazing, now international business (but they’re made in the USA!) and I am so glad he did!They saw my stories today and now they’re giving us $50 off their website!! Use code: MALLORY50 They also sell the Samsung Frame TV at the lowest price on the market! I am just so impressed and so excited to support this small business! The dining room color is... MODERN MOCHA! I first

The dining room color is... MODERN MOCHA! I first saw this color on @ispydiy and told her I HAD TO find a space for it! I finally found the perfect space in #MyMonarchManor dining room and I am in love!!!It’s sort of a chameleon color and changes hues throughout the day. It goes from being a muddy blush pink to a warm purple hue at night. It’s so fun to watch it change in different lighting. It feels elegant and personal with my favorite prints and photos on the wall. I have some new pieces, thrifted finds, antiques and and some of my go-to accent pieces. I’ve got family photos, butterflies and a hidden picture of my sister on the wall. I also got emotional when I realized I accidentally did 13 stems in the floral arrangement today. 🦋I was telling my husband that the color choice is out of my typical realm of colors and he asked “what if people don’t like it?” and I stand by my response, it’s OUR house and feels like ME so it doesn’t matter! I LOVE IT!I’d love to hear what you think! Tell me, do YOU like it?

Why am I acting so dorky today? Bc I’m SO GIDDY EXCITED to have somewhere to sit!! After the whole sofa saga, I am so pleased with these inexpensive Chesterfield sofas! This room is finally coming together! I’ve got a short punch list of stuff to finish but YAY!! #mymonarchmanorI’m thinking of adding black beams and a ton of trim and millwork! YAY or NAY? Ollie wins today. 😂 Oliver is getting his 2 yea

Ollie wins today. 😂 Oliver is getting his 2 year old molars and wants his mommy 24/7 so I spent the day unpacking with him on my hip instead of finishing the windows.I did some organizing and styling while he napped and now I am SO anxious for the lighting, rug and sofas to arrive. The windows are 95% done but look pretty dang good if I do say so myself!Sometimes days don’t go as planned but if Ollie is willing to slow down and snuggle me for a day, I’ll take it! #mymonarchmanor

IT’S PROJECT TIME!!! 🥳We’ve got a million boxes to unpack but projects are my therapy, projects make me happy and projects are fun so unpacking can wait! #MyMonarchManor is going to be so much fun!Someday I’d love to turn these windows into French doors but for now I am obsessing over these (almost) black windows!Do you think I should replace the windows for doors?
